How the project is organised, and when each activity happens.
- WP1: Project management Coordination, quality assurance, reporting and financial management of the partnership for the full 24 months.
- WP2: Training Hubs Training hubs that bring students and staff together around ESG: curriculum workshops, case study competitions, hackathons and a shared learning management system.
- WP3: Machine Learning Lab A machine learning lab where students work with real ESG data: curriculum design, platform selection, application-oriented learning and input from industry experts.
- WP4: Curriculum Enhancement for ESG Awareness Mapping how ESG is taught today, closing the gaps with new modules and a hybrid course, and building an interdisciplinary approach across faculties.
- WP5: Dissemination Communication, multiplier events in the partner countries, the final conference in Naples and a strategy that keeps the results in use after 2028.
